About Mark

Hello, my name is Mark. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and member of the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies) and offer CBT therapy in Glasgow.
I specialise in addictions. No matter the addiction, the irrational thoughts/reasons (cognitions) that are given to indulge in the behaviour are the same. There is a benefit to be gained but this is very short-term and can lead to dependency.

Addiction

Safe environment

I provide a safe, confidential, empathetic and non-judgemental environment in which to explore your presenting issue(s) and collaboratively formulate a treatment plan. If you are reading this, give yourself a ‘pat on the back’ for taking the first and sometimes most difficult step to ask for help.
