At ACT Counselling Services we are striving to create a therapeutic community where Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Clients, Supervisees and Students feel they belong.

A crucial part of that sense and feeling of belonging is the environment. We are located in a very accessible part of Rutherglen, (a couple of mile from the City Centre), with superb road, rail and bus links. We have modern, clean, tidy, warm and welcoming counselling therapy rooms to hire for those who wish to use them for the purposes of therapy, supervision, training or simply meeting up.

Please note that anyone can request to book at room at ACT, therefore not all room bookings are by ACT Counsellors.

How to book…

Click the arrow to see the drop-down menu, then select the room you would like to book.
Click on the date you would like to book.
Choose the appointment time slots you wish to book and fill in your details and the room needed and request appointment.
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your booking

*NOTE: If you wish to book a bulk time slot, you will need to fill in your details for each hourly slot. This will be updated in due course to make bulk bookings easier. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Room Hire Costs
Room 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5- £10 per hour
Training Room hire 9am – 5pm – £120 per day

CANCELLATION: Please be sure to cancel any appointments 24 hours prior to the room booking if needed.

Currently I am studying the second year of the Diploma in CBT with ACT. This is a great course and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in working as a CBT therapist. This course gives you the tools to become a confident CBT therapist. During the skills Practice, we work in triad or quads (listener/speaker and observers) and we learn how to use a CBT tool for first time on a current problem bothering the speaker.
