Currently I am studying the second year of the Diploma in CBT with ACT. This is a great course and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in working as a CBT therapist. This course gives you the tools to become a confident CBT therapist. During the skills Practice, we work in triad or quads (listener/speaker and observers) and we learn how to use a CBT tool for first time on a current problem bothering the speaker.
